For the sake of this new journey to becoming a better version of myself, I am utilizing this platform to inspire and encourage all of you to be the best YOU that you can possibly be.  This is not to see that I am an expert on this, because I can assure you that I am not. I am simply a woman figuring things out as I go along, embracing the mistakes, misunderstandings and building from there.

Inspiring others to be better has always been so authentic for me, mainly because it seemed to be as natural of a characteristic as being caring and loving. To inspire others shouldn’t be a daunting task that involves an intense plan or strategy, but to be genuine and heartfelt. To inspire people to try something new, pick up a new hobby, or just be more attentive to their own thoughts and desires. I love to see others win! I mean, isn’t it great to see people succeed?! It’s both inspiring and motivating.

This platform will give me the opportunity to share some of my most deepest thoughts and opinions, in an effort to spark something within you that will inspire you to grow and blossom into the best you possible. I am interested in igniting, or re-igniting, something deep within you that is going to propel you to greater things. As different as this might be for me, and such a drastic change in the form of a blog, it will be both anxiety provoking and exhilarating.

As a matter of fact, that’s how I feel this very moment. This is a new experience for me. I wanted to do  this for so long but allowed my fear of feeling inadequate cripple me. When I realized that my unwillingness to take a leap of faith could possible hinder the personal growth in others, I knew that there was more at stake then my own selfishness. So here I am honest, nervous and vulnerable.

One of my favorite quotes from an unknown author that I use as my motto and influence for living is “I aspire to inspire before I expire”. I believe I was set apart to inspire others and want to be sure to fulfill this mission.  So before my time is concluded on this earth, I will do all I can to inspire the lives of others.

Thank you for giving me the chance to be vulnerable, impactful and inspiring!
